Thank you for making a purchase at Rose Medium.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Rose Medium.

Digital products

We issue refunds for the work/products provided by Rose within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. Refunds requested after 7 days of original purchase will not be valid. 

Please Note: A refund is only valid on the last work/product provided by Rose. I.e. If you have made consecutive payments within 7 days only the latest product purchased will be refunded. 

Refunds are accepted with written notice and an understanding of the reason for a refund. A refund can be exchanged for alternative work / product if agreed. 

We will use tools available to us to help identify issues whilst providing assistance for refunds. 

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading any product.
